Do I need an account?
No. After payment you receive a license key, which is switched on in your browser automatically. Paste it on another computer to use your plan there. There is no password.
How do pack credits work?
One credit is used per image, only on batches larger than your plan allows. Batches of 10 images or fewer stay free on the free plan, and credits do not expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page or at link.com. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles the payment?
Your purchase is sold through Link, part of Stripe, which handles the payment, VAT, receipts and payment support. Your bank statement shows LINK.COM. FolderPix never sees your card details.
Do prices include tax?
Yes, prices shown include VAT. The payment page can convert them to your local currency.
Are my images sent to your servers on a paid plan?
No. Paid plans run the same way as the free plan: all image processing stays on your device. Only your license key is checked with our server.
